A hayabusa is about as high powered a vehicle that exists shy of maybe supersonic aircraft... or were you being sarcastic?

Bit harsh some comments here. Why not legislate to remove the choice of high powered motor cycles? Obviously they have consequences and there use is limited on public roads.
