Still running the original cam(?) chain.
Clutch plates were replaced @ ~60,000 I think...
Should I get the coolant flushed/replaced? (it seems too 'difficult' to do myself (air pockets))

Change all the fluids, what sort of brake lines do you have? if they're stockers and haven't been changed, it might be a good opportunity to put some braided lines on.
Don't sweat the coolant, just dump the existing, take the hose off at the lowest point on the left side of the motor and let it all drain, then put the hose back on and fill the radiator, start the motor with the radiator cap off, as the bubbles come up and the coolant lowers, top it up slowly. You'll see when the coolant has filled as the level will come up and stay up without bubbles, put the cap back on and go for a ride, make sure you'll filled the remote reservoir up to between the high and low point on the marks on the plastic. Let the bike cool completely then check your level at the radiator.
DON'T TAKE THE RADIATOR CAP OFF WHEN SHE'S HOT!
Thought I had better warn you just in case bloke. Nopt teaching you how to suck eggs, just keeping you safe.
Once you've checked the level and topped her up, that's it after you again check the reservoir, the plastic one on the left fairing. Keep the level between the high and low marks.
