Ebay HIDs

Has anybody here tried one of the cheap ($40-$80) HID

upgrade kits? They seem to come with everything;

2 Ballasts, 2 Globes, plug and play etc.. Didn't these

things cost hundreds of bux not too long ago...are these

ones just cheap and nasty?

Some are cheap and some are nasty ................. and some are as good or better than what some oz suppliers are flogging for $200 +
