Hi Bruce
Are you using stock 18 on the front?

Hi Bruce
Are you using stock 18 on the front?
Yep still stock 18 on the front. Bike is only used as a daily commuter and stock gearing is too tall for stop start lanesplitting.
Cheers Mate
was thinking of changing the front as well for a little more go

or is that going to far
Regards
Andy

Nothing is going too far, if your doing the work yourself your only out time and worst case a few bucks for a front sprocket. I'm going 17 front with 45 rear when I get back from Tassie.
It only really gets annoying if you spend a lot of time at speed in top.
Also buy a speedo healer

Thanks Mate, I think I will do the same and yes I have a speedo healer off my Gen 1, any idea if it will work on a Gen 2 2009

A 46 will also fit with the standard chain.
