about 3.6 after a full flush and clean. I bought 4x Hondas coolant and still have just under half a botle left over after a full re-fill.

I used "Engine-Ice" in mine which is 1.89litre/bottle, used about 1 and 1/2 bottles. The problem is getting the air out of the system, first time I filled the radiator to the top of the filler neck and left the cap off, started the motor and warmed it up, big mistake. I figured the level would drop and I could top it up before replacing the cap, not so, the air spaces get hot, expand and cause the coolant to purge out. Next time around, refill, replace cap and warm up, much better. I think it helps in getting the air out by laying the bike over from side to side as far as you can while warming it up and keeping the front end of the bike uphill. Let it cool down completely and keep an eye on the overflow bottle after the first few outings as the level in mine has always dropped a little before stabilizing.

with some difficult to bleed cars, a peice of old hosepipe fitted snugly intp the top of the rad, allows filling at a higher level, allowing air to better escape, and easier to replace cap without letting as much air back into the system. Maybe worth a go

Has anyone tried TEC50 fitters at work swear by it it is a full fill system, machines at work get flogged for up to 10 hrs a day.Have seen results of TEC50 absolutely brilliant, machines with 1000s of hrs on them when pulled apart look brand new.
