Edit and Banned users

I have re-instated edit facilities to all, just be warned abuse it and you'll lose it.

Also I have lifted all banned members as they were from "last year" even if reluctant to do so but will give everyone a fair go, however I give notice that should any of those that were banned incur another banning, it will then be permanent. Dont say you were not aware.
