Sig pic Policy

We will have to enforce a sig pic size policy that is the same for one and all. The max height is 100 the width were not particularly worried about at this time, namely if an oblong logo goes to 3, 400 across the width it should be fine. And please keep pic content within taste so as not to possibly offend others.

Please ensure you adhere to the policy or the pic police will have to adjust it for you.

Also, any animated gifs in signatures are to be no more than 250kb.

really shouldn't have to worry about animated gifs in Avatars though as it is already set at 100x100pix and 250kb max
