no not me (phew) - new client going along the Logan Motorway on his gsxr750. charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle under the Criminal Code
Should be an interesting matter although there is an unfortunate bit of precedent from a guy that got done a couple of years ago on his ZZR doing about 230. Went to trial and got hosed by the jury in that the speed alone, despite the lack of any cars, trucks, donkeys etc was sufficient to substantiate the 'dangerousness' of the charge.
