Bogging down after 2/3 throttle???

Hi guys. In need of help!!!! Anything over 2/3 throttle over 5k revs and it Boggs down and won't pick up any speed. I've changed KN filter and fuel pump and fuel pump filter. Still the same. It might be irrelevant but it didnt do this before it was stolen?? Fuel pressure is down as well. HELPPPPP!

what yr model gen 1 is it ?
early models had problem with fuel line kinking when tank raised & lowered

Jeff, same deal with mine (2010 GenII, 33,000k's). I just got a new fuel pump yesterday but not installed yet. Another member in Vic has same issues too.
Have you been using BP Ultimate? Both mine and other bike have. Mine started doing it quite suddenly only a few weeks ago. I pulled out my current pump a week ago and it was quite clean, but making a shit load of noise. I can now get past 7k but it is seriously starved for fuel above that.

03 gen 1 shredder. I don't think it's fuel cos why would it only start now?? Kinked fuel line maybe,I'll check that one closely. Cheers guys. I don't no shit so this is a big help.

About 6 weeks or so ago my 2004 @ 32,000 wouldn't rev past 6000rpm and fuel pump it was, new one and all is good. Was also using BP Ultimate(have been using it in my other bikes for years with no drama), but as I had only just bought my 'busa I can't say the fuel had anything to do with it.
I am still using Ultimate, possibly thinking about changing now though. Has anyone else had issues with BP Ultimate ?

also check gen 1 fuel pumps have very small metal gauss just in the inlet of the pump,Texs 99 has the same problem last week found this was blocked ,removed it bike now going and reving freely

I think it's called a fuel pressure regulator. I was told to change that. I will check the inlet metal gauss thingy. Cheers
