stock gen1- dyno/ecu flash

im running a stock 05 with a tre fitted,
i was wondering if its worthwhile having
the ecu flashed and dyno'd on a stock bike,
(stock filter and mufflers)
the bike seems to be running fine now,
but theres a bit of a buzz throu out the bike after around 5000rpm.
