brake and clutch lever

i am looking for a new bling type brake and clutch lever. i have looked at a few on ebay that "exrtreme kempy" has and they all look pretty good. im looking at the billet ones for abput$ 90.00. i have short fat fingers ( haha) and they mention that these are good for that? any advice greatly received!
