They don't come with a wiring kit: you have to make up your own. Alternatively, there is an eBay seller in Brisbane who has ready-made wiring looms for, like, $20.

Fitted mine today
RHS on top of the air ram at the front you have to ram it in there, I have no blinkers there but it should still fit, I just cabled tied it in & its not going anywhere its a really tight fit
I had to trim the top edge of the horn & took some of the padding out so the covers fit nicely Pi_thumbsup

I looked for ages, trying to figure out the best place, and then noticed a series of threaded holes at the back of the throttle bodies, underneath the tank. They don't seem to serve any purpose, so I just bolted mine on there. It fits perfectly and is as loud as hell.

Yeah that was the best place I could find for fitment, but only after you mentioned it, so cheers bloke Clap

I bought the wiring kit and it was all wrong, when I connected the OEM horn hotwire to the relay the horn would blast my ears off without pressing the horn button, so I had to disconnect the wires from the plastic 4 to 1 connector thingy and run each wire individually until I had the wires in place then reconnected them in that plastic 4 to 1 connector thingy in their new order, used a whole roll of electrical tape to make it neat and now the horn works sweet and I can now blast away at will... GO THE NAUTILUS!!!

I found the wiring instructions online, so for those who like me are noobs to wiring/electrics etc... follow these instructions and you can't go wrong....

1) Connect the New horn (Neg. -) to the inner frame. I ran the wire up to the phillips head screw that holds the rear cowling down

2) Connect the New horn (Pos. +) to the #30 relay terminal.

3) Connect one end of the fuse holder to the battery (Pos. +) terminal and the other end to the #87 relay terminal.

4) Connect the OEM horn (Pos +) wire to the #85 relay terminal.

5) Connect the OEM horn (Neg. -) wire to the #86 relay terminal

If I could do it with these instructions, anyone can!

Bazz.

We now stock all Stebel Horns.

Mention the club for free delivery.

There's quite a range from simple plug in single units at 136dB to the Nautilus 139dB, etc.

We've also got all the bigger ones for 4WD, truck, bus.

Our Hino bus motorhome (for visiting dealers and promoting our products) currently in conversion has the compact truck horn fitted. Apart from being unbelievably loud it sounds just like an 18 wheeler. Now if I can only find a place on the bike... Take that 'cager'
