First of all let me say thank you to everyone who has contacted me this week with offers of help and for showing the strong mateship and compassion toward our fellow men and women which make this such a great club.

I have exchanged a few PM's with Fifi over the past couple of days but last night I had to make the phone call which was quite daunting and ultimately very emotional.

Fifi - On behalf of the club, I would like to pass on to you and the girls the sum of $2000.00 which has been donated during the week.

From what you have told us and what we have seen of Mark, he was a generous bloke who would have given the shirt off his back to help a friend in need, that kind of spirit lives in this club.

Am at a big loss for words to the tremendous generosity you have all shown me. I do not feel deserving.
