Rather than starting a new one I thought I'd revive an old one.
In regards to a GSXR master cylinder, which year gixxer? I've already done the braided lines and HH pads and wanting more stopping power without spending too much.

Your dead right there Spaman ,Brembo front mastercylinder & Braketech cast rotors, THEN your brakes will work properly .

Go the whole hog - Brembo front mastercylinder, Brembo calipers and Braketech cast rotors. I did the lot and they are spectacular stoppers.

You've got to much money Max . Wish I did .But Kawa need's it .It is nice to be able to stop properly though .My son used to trail brake through corners, I put a Braketech cast rotor on the back & the poor little bastard nearly killed himself. He's stopped trail breaking in corners as much .

I was a bit fortunate mate. Came back from an overseas posting with a few bucks to spend and did, and have moved the brakes from Busa to the next Busa (I'm on my third) so the cost has been spread across those bikes. The brakes are pretty good.

Cheers
