I think they could only hold the person they have caught on the act he committed at the time of arrest, how would they proove that it was this individual that commited all the other offences............no proof of identity on any of those video's......just some guy in black leathers and helmet riding a black GSXR 1000

Patrick Furstenhoff does some of the magazine and record stuff.
He took the top speed (347kph) wheelie record at a UK event a while back
on the "Ghost Rider" Busa but couldnt match the UK guys on the GSXR1000's
for the flying kilometer record (275kph)
It seems there is, or has been, at least 2 others.

Patrick's 347 wheelie mean's he got the wheel off the floor.

The record everyone chases is a full 1k wheelie.
The "flying Kilometer" though 2 time trap's 1k apart.
Terry Calcott who held the 276 over a full kilometer record
died a while back from a road accident in Germany.

Gold!!! That's absolutely insane, it'd be great to see.

270km/h is my max, (2 up!) & I certainly couldn't imagine popping a 1km mono then. Call me old fashioned but at that speed I'll have 2 wheels please.

The flying "K"

The guy in slow-mo about 1m-25 in is Dodge. Streetfightered Hayabusa,
being Supercharged for this years event.
