My first Busa ride
#1
Helo all,

I have been a member for some time now and still never ridden a Busa...Until Friday. I was in Townsville and got to borrow a mates bike for a few hours. Now i gotta say that is a great bike to ride, was an 08' Gen 2, and i loved it. I would love to go out and buy one now but i still have a bike to two to own before jumping on the busa. I am still young and in sportbike phase but will definatly consider this in the future. I now know what all the talk about this beautiful machine is all about.

You betta buy one now. Before the Kevin Crudd Australian/Chinese Communist Labor Republic makes any motorcycle over 50cc illegal to own as they are not solar powered and his got no way of collecting his carbon taxes.

Hi Matty,
Iâ€ve given up trying to describe how ridding my Busa feels, itâ€s a bit to touchy feely for my blue collar, but suffice to say that itâ€s the bike for me. I shit myself the first time I rode my Bus, it was black as the Ace of Spades and pissing down rain with stuff all visibility and I got this beast of a machine home after an 1 ½ hours in the rain, parked her under cover, washed all the shit of her and dried her down with a couple of towels from the bathroom (my missus still rags me about that) polished her up, rubed her down and Sat back to looked at the new love of my life.

Of course I never appreciated the colors until I got to see her side on to a setting sun as the change in light turns the purple black and brings out the silver sparkle.

The only other thing that beat its looks was the intake sound at 260-280K, like a roaring tornado as the world blurs by.

And as for mono's, a 12 oclock Busa is an awsome site to see because there so bloody long and big and the ballance point is so steap.

So welcome to the club, again, see you on the road.

All the best,

Banter

Ride the 'busa a few more times and then go ride the 'sport machines'
Unless you're looking for a track bike it wont take long to determine which one you'll NEED!
