OHHH Shit!!! Have you ever had one of those weeks where you think you must have wronged a lot of people in a previous life or something?
Got home from work on Tuesday afternoon to find that someone had broken into the garage where I kept my sons' KX80 , cut the chain that secured it to a wall post and stolen it. Very sad great little bike, and the boys loved it. We hadn't been dirt riding for a while and I was going to take them this weekend.
Then yesterday thought I would go home and have lunch with my wife and kids. Turning right onto a busy 50Kmh road. Had to edge out a fraction to see around a truck which was parked illegally and a young kid in his father's car locked up the brakes and skidded straight into the front of me. A girl who witnessed the whole thing reckoned he was doing over 100kmh. When the coppers came they didn't even talk to her. The unfortunate thing is that I left my wife my car to take the kids out for the holidays or whatever and took her un-insured car to work. Now I reckon I'm going to carry the can for the whole thing. I am just glad I wasn't on the 'Busa. Because I don't reckon I'd be in a very fit state today. But why is it that so often you end getting shafted trying to do the right thing??? The thing that really shits me is I yelled out to the truckie who was illegally parked and he buggered off. I didn't even manage to get his rego. No pen and paperin the car.....FCUK. I s'pose a superstitious bloke would be wondering what the third catastrophe will be ( they do come in threes you know
