TO ALL SA MEMBERS - BUSA GET TOGETHER

How about we get off our collective lazy arses and at least try to meet each other? I have an idea. There is a public park near me with free electric bbq's, toilets and safe street parking. I can get there early with a couple of esky's, some drinks and a salad etc and anyone interested in coming can bring some chops/snags etc and we can meet each other to compare notes.

The park I'm suggesting is in Phillis Street Maylands opposite the Maylands Hotel. This is not far from the corner of Portrush and Magill Roads plus its only 5 minutes from the base of the hills ie Norton Summit. So if anyone wants a quick spin through the hills you are almost there. It would also be nice to get some photos of the bikes and their owners.

If anyone is interested please reply via the forum and we can set a date or at least gauge who might be interested. I think we are being put to shame by the other states. If it was football we would be trying to out do them all! So lets at least meet each other. If anyone else has a location that they would prefer please post on the board.

We also need to talk about who is going to the 10th b/day,where ever
it is. black13 is a cert & I'm 95%,so lets do that as well on the day.

Sounds good mate, the ride through Norton Summit & Basket Range to Lobethal is one of my favourites, The Amberlight make pretty good coffee.
I'll make sure to check in on this thread to find out the final date, maybe we can do a bulk email to SA members to try and get the ball rolling for as many as possible. Fatman
