Been wandering around the site for quite a while so thought I had better come clean and introduce myself to the great crew you have here. I have 2008 orange(?) bought new in Townsville in October 2008 primarily to keep missus happy as she was refusing to go pillion on Firestorm I had and still have. Went to PI for superbikes in March, 9000k trip in three weeks, rode every day, bike has now done 16000ks all up with no hint of any problems and wife now has her own bike a Suzuki GSX650F but I am so taken by Busa that I am definitely not letting it go. Only mods/bling are Ti-Force slipons, Suzuki double bubble screen, rad-guards, wheel trims and tank pad. Know a couple of good blokes here, F.B.R. 1397 who I bought bike from in Townsville, and Homer56 who I rode with from Moree leg of PI trip and also met Roxybob in Moree. Some rather crappy pics, camera has had a coronary Embarassed

Great looking bike Al.
Nice to have another biker couple amongst the members too.
Seems that the GSX650F is a popular choice for a 2nd bike in the shed, or in your case a 3rd.

Hey! Welcome aboard.

Colour scheme and location require that this question be asked.... You didn't happen to take your bike to Brisbane and chat up a carrot top did you? If that totally confuses you... check out the Damsel threads.

Cheers mate,
Actually there are six bikes in shed, sons Triumph Street Triple R and Honda CBR250, wifes GSX650, my Busa and Firestorm, BMW R100/7 project, plus I found my original 72 roundcase Ducati 750 that I bought new and sold in 1975 at mates place when I was down in VIc, also bought another one with it still to bring them up here which will make eight, need a bigger shed.
Here is photo of four that are reg:
