IE 8 - dont install its shit.

Hi,

Just a warning, I for the second time in last few months have downloaded the Internet Explorer 8 and installed it. I guess couldnt learn the first time.

Both the time it was a pre-released copy so I was expecting some bugs, but its still not perfect.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to think about installing and using one as I cannot open my fav...www.Australian-Hayabusa-Club.com on the new IE8

it does say beta Bill.
I did the same and went back to 7.
Ie8 is super quick though.
Release date is Nov some time I think

Yes, usually Beta are quite good to use. I have tried beta vr for many software with very little issues.
IE8's new beta is as messed up as the previous beta.
Dont get me wrong I will try again in about 30 days time to install and check the new beta vr.

Just installed sp3 for XP Apparently 10% increase in performance...soon see.

no probs at at with install although its a biggie.
I would say yes it is quicker.
V happy
