Just to clarify the Xtreme Street Challenge is open to any one that can run the numbers as the fastest 8 will run against each other in a heads up competition, no breakout, first to the end wins!
Basic Rules: no long arms, or power adders, any size bike, but obviously it will be mainly 1000s and bigger, most participants are likely to be ANDRA licenced due to ETs under 9 seconds.
Thats the Challenge side of things, otherwise its business as usual with everyone running Grudgies!

Alrighty I wanna go , and cant see why I cant make this one, never done it before. My concern is I dont wanna trash my new tyre, any suggestions there on how to conserve the tyre. Whats the best technique to stage and lauch a gen 2 busa, change gears at the maximum rev range? Is there many busa's usually at these events?

Theres usually a couple of Busas there to show you what its all about. No need to torch the tyre if you are leaving at street light speeds. Leave at lows, get off the line then nail it, let the top of the bike work for you.
Any new Competitors or even Spectators that would like to have the basics explained, please proceed to lane 8 aroud 1pm and I will run through it all for you.

Just a reminder for any new racers on the day I will be conducting a beginners briefing at the start of the event, hang around in lane 8 if you are interested. See you all Saturday!

dirty dog. once you torch the tyre you'll be hooked on drag racing. change around 10500-11k on the gen 2 for best numbers.
