Oil feed line restriction size
#1
Hi guys
Another turb question.
I'm getting there ,thanks for the tips so far.

I'm running the oil feed line from the left hand side gallery.

Iv'e read on some other forums the feed is restricted to 1mm.
I had to make my own banjo bolt.I drilled 6mm up the bolt and a single 1mm hole to the side.
Seems like a very small feed hole.

So is 1mm ok or should it be larger.Confused

Cheers
Anthony

Hey Ant
I dont know what the inside of the hose is but my fitting from the motor has a 3.2mm outlet ,the out diameter braided hose is 7.5mm
The fitting inlet on the braided hose is 2.3mm which may down size
as it goes in.
Are you running an oil cooler?
If not dont forget to take the restricter out from behind the oil filter
