L platers

I was in king street today, sitting at a red light when I see this guy on L plates, on a Honda CBR 250 come flying through the traffic and straight through a red light, across Flinders street. There was a car doing a right hand turn and he just missed him. I was chatting to another courier while waitng at the lights. I said did you see that. I caught up to the L plater, up the road on Kingsway at the next set of lights. I said mate you just went through a Red light. :bird:
He said Yeah I know, I didn't see it untill it was to late. I said take it easy matey slow down and watch where your going, he said I have only been riding for 2 weeks. I just couldn't believe what he had just done. It freaked me out, I see alot of L platers doing stupid stuff all the time.

Just thought I would share that with you people....
