I've just got my Busa back on the road after a lowside on the left side and have some used and abused bits for sale.
I'm trying to re-coup the cost difference between what the insurance assessor wanted to pay to repair the bits, and what it cost me to get new bits and get the bike back to new.
The parts are for sale, as is, at best offer above my reserve price (undisclosed).
Left Mirror - light "road rash" on plastic.
Nose Fairing - light "road rash" on left.
Left Fairing - deep scratching and small "weldable" crack.
Right Fairing - a couple of very light scratches - almost as new.
Left Muffler - heavy "graunch" at front, light scratching towards rear. Still perfectly useable.
Right Muffler- undamaged with 9000 km. (I put Staintunes on)
Both Footpegs - all brackets etc - as new (I replaced them long before the crash).
Rear Bellypan - taken off the day I got the bike when I fitted the centre-stand.
All parts are off a 2000 Black/grey bike
I can post pictures of the offending bits if someone can explain how to post said pictures within a message. ie not via a 3rd party photo site.
