Does anyone have any suggestions on brand of fork stem lift for a Busa. I had one for my ZX6 but the thing did not fit the Busa so I gave it away. I now need to replace this. I believe I need a version that will reach the center pin without having to remove the front 'fender'.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I believe you need a double knuckle top mount to be able to thread it through the gap but still get the height.... But never really looked into it.

I use a rear stand and a hydraulic jack with a block of wood that fits through the fairing underneath to lift the front using the header pipes....the original headers are strong enough to take the weight...aftermarket ones are not so I hear...too thin.

When I got my front tyre fitted they lifted the bike up with one of those...there was a second guy at the back to steady the bike as it was lifted and this would be my problem with using one of those...I would be so worried of the bike tilting to one side and falling that I would probably make a pigs ear of it and end up doing what I was most trying to avoid... dropping the bike.

I bought the Torpedo 7 front and back lift kits a while back.
I see they're still selling them for $60 a set.
Can't go wrong.

hey guys how about buying local quality gear and keeping the money in Australia!!!
You have a job wanna keep it ??
SUPPORT AUSTRALIAN MADE YA c******* !!!!
Furthermore, we all own the best motorcycle in the world and gunna go cheap on the stand... the Torpedo is known to fall over if the bike moves at all (say i dunno... from from working on it or sitting on it) and rarely fits the bigger full fairing bikes without hitting the plastics ... read the reviews they are cheap nonadjustable junk
Cheap ass stands that dont fit and that go rusty in a year are everywhere ....I have had a least five of them given to me over the years >>>they are now scrap metal.
Keep it real use a QUALITY stand you can trust!!!!
