Thats far too flash mate - how many changes of clothes are you bringing?

I just bring the bare essentials-

One pair of jocks = 4 days - inside, outside front to back, back to front - no problem. One extra sock, just change one sock a day and cycle them around?

(who am I sharing a room with?)

Batty, depending on how much weight you have in your panniers I'd look at gusseting the curved side sections where they meet the horizontal piece. Just some small triangular sections in the corners. Would hate to see that weld break and damage that yella tail, especially at speed.

Speed checked yesterday riding to Ross Motorcycle Day using back roads....

Packed with rags from shed and hump (so I can ride on Sat @ Tathra) for weight comparison and they survives prolonged periods of $1.40 and a spurts of $1.80 LOL Speeds I will NOT be doing through Victoria hahahahahahahahaa

Plus Zoro you really don;t know my work, it's not pretty but I do make is strong LOL I could stand on rack on the ground with only the underside pannier boards holding it up.. and I am no lightweight. I am more worried about stitching on panniers letting go.

Also as I molded a base plate to be the same shape as underside of hump the whole rack locks into the rear seat/hump mechanism. I do need to replace locking plate on my pillion seat though LOL

BTW... total cost excluding some tools I had to buy..... $48

found a busa at the Ross Motorcycle Day
