Front sprocket.

Hi guys, I'm sure this has been spoken about in previous threads. I have a 17 tooth sprocket on the front. Can anyone tell me the difference in revs, say in top gear and at 100 kph. Is the revs at that speed a lot higher with 1 tooth down?
