As for your 01 , pretty obvious the only thing standing in your way of selling it is the fact that you live on that funny little island off the coast of Australia ., it sure isn't the price.
I'd either be looking at doing a deal as a trade in, in Melbourne or selling it privately in Melbourne, try the trade 1st, you never know they might offer you a decent amount (it's happened to me ONCE).

Just bought a gen 2 myself (2011), wasn't bothered about getting the abs or Brembo's, my gen 1 with 145k on the clock sold last weekend after having it advertised for a week,
Get yours to Melbourne and I'm sure it will sell.

After surfing bikesales I found I could nearly afford a 2010 Bandit + a 2009 M109 ..... Just have to work out how to get them home lol

I'm with the crowd Tony gen II is a far better machine except for the fat bum look...shouldnt be too difficult to fix...ditto the front if need be.
