Hi the big one this week, 100,000km! Clap

I've had my busa just over 5 years, and it's been a great bike. Works really well as a daily commuter, plus all the fun of the extra fire power and strong handling.

Haven't had any real problems, the worst issue was having to get the fuel pump replaced at about 60,000km. That and too many punctures! (averaging about 1 a year. Had 2 this year Pi_thumbsdown)

Over time I've collected a few updates (edited with a few items I'd forgotten):
Braided front brake lines, EBC HH brake pads
Rear suspension 25mm riser
Viper Carbon exhausts, carbon front fender.
Rearsets,
gi pro gearshift indicator & ATRE.
Copy pazzo levers,
copy wave discs.
Bar ends, wheel stands.
Carbon fibre inner panels
Gen II rear shock
Bazzaz traction control, quick shift and fuel map control
Machined alloy top yoke
Gen II radial front brake conversion
Lithium battery.
Ebay small alloy mirrors (great for lane splitting, crap for seeing what's behind you. Lol2)

My preferred tyres are Michelin Power Pures. A good combination of grip, longevity and wet weather grip. I also like the feel of the tyres and how they help make the bike steer.

Bank balance dictates that I'm going to have it for a few more years too!

Thanks also to all on the forum. ClapClap
It's be a great source of information over the years to help sort the BS from the facts and come up with ideas on how to make my bike better.

Cheers

Dale
