Maybe it's because I'm just reading their words and not hearing them, but the passengers and family didn't sound as livid as I imagine I would be. I'm fairly certain that if justice were to fail me first time to that degree, I would want to implement my own.

Does NY have the death penalty? Maybe that's what they mean by "Justice"... also, they'd be in shock and disbelief, and that quote was from a 15 year old, so I imagine she'd be pretty numb after such a senseless tragedy. See what she says in 2 or 3 weeks.
