Vic Police are using the new ZX14 as unmarked bikes.

Anyone heard anything about this?

Over the past few days, I've twice seen a brand new black ZX14 being riden by a cop and it appears to be set up as an unmarked bike, just the same as the FJR1300's were a year or two back.

The bike has the typical panniers which did have what looked like the Police decals, couldn't see any obvious lights and the rider is in Police issue leathers.......and can't miss that holster!!

Both times I was on the Monash Fwy about 10k's out of the CBD.
yep, It's true and exactly what I saw....Vic Police now have the new ZX14 as a pursuit bike

Haven't seen them yet, but I have been using Eastlink more than the Monash of late. Will keep my eyes peeled though.

QLD Police bought 2 of them a few months ago.
1 Decked out with panniers top box etc etc and white with full markings.
The other however is a red/black and TOTALLY unmarked! The designated owner of that one Knows what he's doing too..... He's a very good rider!
Just a heads up, so watch your mirrors boys n girls..... :)
