front guards

guys i have a CF front gaurd on my bike and unfortunatly it doent go with the black/purple theme of my bike so im looking for a short front guard to replace it or i will just paint over the CF guard as i like the look of the shorter front guard

bazman april 19 i will be back on the road , just waiting on paint to be done and i have a box of bling here to add on as well , i still havent done seats (only have OEM seats on my bike) and then its done

as for the CF front gaurd $150 thats if i can get something the same shape and style it has to be short

I also have a cf front guard that I think looks brown on my black busa.
I'm going to paint the top of it Black and leave the sides cf[where the original guard has a swage line i'm going to paint above that only]

went on the .org site and most of the guys are useing GIXXER front guards so still looking for a replacement or its paint over the CF

has any one here put a gixxer front guard or (fender as the yanks call em) on there bike ? i would hate to paint of this lovely CF 1 i have now

yeah im not going to cut my forks , paul thanks for this thread mate looks like most of the guys used GSXR 1000 front frnders so i will do that . i will do a thread write up on how i did mine , as it is i see there are a few more guys going the GEN II conversion on there GEN I which is good
