I dont worry about my knees getting down too much more to the point of your boots/pegs. You know you are a long way over if you start scraping pegs and boots (even with your toes on the peggies)

I started putting solid metal toe ends and scrappers on the sides and front of my boots and was always wearing them out.

Knees are not worth going down to the tarmac..

I see u are looking for a low side,if u are scrapping the toes etc u are doing it ALL wrong my friend. TRUST ME.

What kawasuki said. I've lost count of how many bikes I've seen go down because of excessive lean angle caused by poor riding technique.

I've seen high sides caused by the same thing too. Watching a GSX1400 launch through the air after a rider, while awesome, is somewhat terrifying too.

Im hearing you. But have been riding like that for 20 years. Even manage it, but only just on the 998 I used to have.

Looks like I'll have to come out for a few rides and check out some other riding styles. Your never to old to learn new tricks
