hey Tony,

how is Jeev healing?

If he took even half the hit that his bike did, he musta had some guardian angels riding with him that day to survive that one!!?!!

Lookin' at those pics....he seems to have landed on his own side of the road , a fair way away from the point of impact? This doesn't make much (or any) sense to me in this situation....considering that he was travelling around a left-handed corner, and the point of impact appears to be on the opposite side of the road?!? Wtf

Can you shed any more info on this accident for us, please? Was he charged with neg driving? Or was the truck driver charged with the same..?

Please give Jeev my sincerest condolences, Tony.....I hope he makes a full recovery soon and gets a chance to ride again one day!

He's on the mend, and still a regular poster on a local forum.

Id be suprised if he's not back on a bike soon.

Uninsured rider.

Loss of bike may be quite minor compared to a claim for the loss of earnings
for a profitable truck being taken off the road to be checked and damage repaired.
