Tathra Itinerary
#1
ReadJust had a few idle minutes and thought that being the home town boy of Tathra what are the plans so far eg.
1.Accommodation (yes taken care of);
2.Join ride at Cooma (same eatery about 1. ish?)
3. Eating place Friday & Saturday nights (once again I suggest the bowlo good food and very reasonable prices. I can see Guy pronounced GEE re set menus if preferred.
4. Saturday's ride short /long, same/different route. I was thinking about a) Tathra - Bermagui - Cobargo -Bega - Candelo - Wyndham- Pambula - Tathra or b) Tathra to Mallacoota and return lots of tight twisties from the highway into Mallacoota with a barbecue lunch at the pub or bowlo at Mallacoota or c) a long, long ride ... Tathra to Bruthen (Vic) up to Omeo along the the Great Alpine Way then back to Tathra.
This last ride would be an early morning all day ride close to a 10 hour day.
Anyway if the organisers want any local assistance I'm happy to contribute.

I'm with the Crow Eaters guys, can we keep the Saturday loop to something like we did last year??? Promise to try not to break my frame again! That was an excellent length.

My knee/ankle is still recovering from a Total Knee replacement on the right and an ankle injury also on the right, I can't sit on the bike for too many hours. That's the fact of it for me. Age sucks!
Good weather, good woman, good road, good bike, good-bye!!
