Don't know how you removed all that and if the impellor will even go back on and work properly, there are 2 mount bolts that go through the outer covers to the main cases that then allow the waterpump to come out as a unit,
You don't have a manual ???

no manual.... all iv done is disconnect the hoses, undid 2 screws and 2 bolts.. pulled it off. undid the nut that went through the impellar, pulled it off.. ok ok mmmm i'll tell ya one thing i never learned any thing the easy way.. gotta duck out for a couple of hours.. When i get back i see if i can put the pump back together.. fu#?....Obviously the screws id say held the whole thing together......... ITS THE ONLY WAY TO LEARN I SUPPOSE.. STAY TUNED..
I've got a manual, if you want to I'll scan it and flick you the pages. Where is Ozzy are you?

after a 3 pack of big bottles.. and no manual..i thought that the only way to take my gear selector cover off was 2 unbolt my motor... but i ended up removing it. With persistence, and thinking out of the square...

All you needed was the pages I offered to send you. I suppose voyages of discovery isn't a new thing. Go at it bloke. Be careful putting the spoindle of the pump back in as it has to fit over the other end of the driver inside the motor.
Good luck.
