If you do a search, I'm sure this topic has been covered previously....but drain the old crap out, put clean crap in.
On a serious note, I run a semi-synthetic 10W-40 Caltex oil in my bike, and have used it for ages. Everyone will have a different opinion on this...synthetic v semi-synthetic...

I've had a lot of people tell me not to use full-synthetic, as it makes your clutch slip.
"casting dispersions on others credability." And their illiteracy.

+1 on the Oleon from Ray, I run all my bikes on it and have for years. On top of that its cheaper.
