99-01 years 1st and 2nd between 0 and 20% throttle in all rev ranges have between 0 and 16.9 degrees in difference to 5th and 6th gears , biggest difference is in the 1600 to 3600 range, but above 20% throttle there is just about nothing
02-07 nearly the same just 2 deg less advance in the lower gears at 2000rpm and 2-4% throttle
so technically i suppose the 99-01 is not as retarded in the lower gears ;)
