Starter Motor

Has anyone replaced their starter motor with anything other than OEM the new ones through Suzuki are 849 I can get a replacement off ebay for 129 plus shipping sounds to cheap to be decent any ideas ??

There was a change in 03 (or very near that time) when they upgraded the starter gears and clutch, the later system has a longer shaft on the starter, make sure you get the right model replacement.
otherwise its not a common replacement part, starter clutch and damage due to kickback are lots more common
