full service but a quick question

I gave the beast a full service yesterday, changed oil, filters, coolant, spark plugs, lubed everything, changed the front pads for EBC HH's (the pads in it were the original Tokico's which were at their wear limit) & the brake fluids.

My question is how long should HH's be bedded in for? They say quicker bed in time on the packaging but not how many kms you should do before really using them hard. Help?

I suggest you just ride normally. They will work. Just don't ride the brakes and don't jab at them.

I was going to bed them in the same way I bed my car brakes in, gentle stops, no riding them, use engine braking more (which i do on the bike anyway) just wondering how many kms are usually required before they can be used more spiritedly?
