Great Ocean Road Run - 15th-17th April 2009
#1
I've just spent 3 days in a car with my better half and three of the 5 kids. Great trip - got to see sunrise over the 12 Apostles and had a great run up through the Grampians. Not to mention waking up this morning beside a dried up river in the Little Desert near Dimboola.

Now I really need to ride the Busa. Really !

Leaving Frankston at about 11.00 am Wednesday ( 15th ) after dropping daughter at the airport earlier that morning. The plan is to head west via Geelong and Torquay and get as far towards Port Campbell as I can. The next day keep going around some great roads in the area, same again on Friday. Heading home in time to be back home by 6ish Friday ( 17th ).

Accommodation is going to be tent, sleeping bag etc.

PM me if anyone wants to tag along.

Cheers.

Sorry Rydrz, just logged back on here. Have been really busy at work for the last week or so.

St Kilda for coffee sounds good. Just thought that no-one turned up any more.

I had a ball on the GOR. Went on some of the back roads around there as well. Found a distillery that makes single malt scotch...yummy !
