What can we say? Thank you, a really big thankyou.
We were overwhelmed by the turn out at this years show. We thought last year was a success, this is unimaginable in just the shows second year. We had 62 bikes entered into the Show & Sine this year as well as three display bikes. Except there were no Busa on show which was a bit disappointing.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped us along the way in which everyone involved is an integral part of this jig saw:
• Super Roo Tours & our families for putting up with us over the last few months organising the show.
• Chidlows Well Estate – For their generosity in supplying the wines as well as sponsoring the Cruiser Category.
• Auto Trader – For all they have done for us.
• Australian Motor Cycle News - For donating some prizes such as Hats, Tâ€Shirts, Stubby holders & Subscriptions.
• Steve of RateR Custom Motor Cycle Accessories -for supporting us and bringing his magnificent TL 1000 along and putting it on display so as not to hog all the trophies.
• Dave Scott & Crew from Prestige Honda – again for supporting us and bringing their demo range down.
• KOKOS Travel Perth – Another supporter of the motorcycling community / industry.
• The Legend – Mr Steve Burns, for bringing along the grand daddy of a new genre in Custom motorcycling, His ORIGINAL Streetfighter, Spondon framed Turbo Gixxer.
• Kerry of KD Chrome in Maddington for bringing along Perthâ€s own original Street Fighter, his Carbon Kawasaki Z900.
• Norm from Causeway Kawasaki – for the gift vouchers to go with the trophies.
• A very big THANKYOU to the Volunteers, another integral part of making this show happen: Ann Marie, Diesal, Rob, Jason BT for all your work setting up and pulling down and Owen for cooking the BBQ.
• All of you who turned out to the show to see some of the best Japanese bikes, either original or custom, that are in Perth.
• And last and most importantly – All of you who entered your bikes into the show. If it wasnâ€t for you guyâ€s & Galâ€s (as there was a couple of you) there would be no show. Thankyou for supporting us again this year. An overwhelming response.
