Have a solicitor/barrister that deals with speeding etc. He will let u know straight up whether u are wasting your time fighting the case or not + a talk on the phone wont get u a inv.($$$) He has had input with the cases against the speed camera court hearings but has said the RTA is slowly exterminating all loop holes . If any need a number let me know (NSW only) unless u need quick representation.
His Name is Shane Mcanulty. He is the same name that is doing my case. I did pump him on a few that are around that do take u for a expensive ride and i have had the experience first hand ,but i wont mention any names.
maybe keep posting on here and it gives the other side ie the lawyers more leverige to pull against you..
the POLICE are not out too get you..they are there to do a job too keep general law and order
i for one would hate too do the job they do.even your nickname under you sign in says "law breaker"
if you think they are bad in aussie land then i would hate too live in a continent like south africa to speakof one.
rethink your ways and ideas.

Hey!!! don't pick on the South African Police!!!
They are very dedicated and trustworthy and loyal and... alright alright, I couldn't keep it up with a straight face.
One of the differences between the SAP & the Aussie version is the Aussie cops have a relatively safe time of it. Most of my friends carried guns & I carried a knife in my boot everywhere I went... and that's pretty normal. Most cars will have some weapon or other in them. Mostly guns, knives and clubs. Coppers here have to go to uni; there they just go to police school for entry level police work (read: cannon fodder) The life expectancy of a copper there is fairly low.

Hey Cheeky,
Kawasuki had a run in with the police not long ago....see thread
http://www.australian-hayabusa-club.com/...?tid=10902
so he had a genuine reason for a solicitor to deal with this situation, there are some good Police but from my experience twice as many ones that hates so called HOONS!!! I own a WRX and i've been pulled over twice this year just to have the officer tell me he hates "these cars" so yes you are right they have a hard job but they need to lighten up on some of us but definatly target the drivers that are a danger to themselves and other road users not just pick on the ones that own and drive performance machines.
Kawasuki rides fast and hard....................ON the track! you should get along to a ride day he might be able to give you some tips!!!!
just my 20 cents worth.
I'd rather be riding my Hayabusa thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my Hayabusa

I think some misunderstanding here .. I wasnt giving the coppers a hard time, i just said instead of using one or two of the so called bike solicitors... this man is an option I have had some experience with a certain sol. and he was a dickhead. SO i thought i would save some people some $$ by giving them another option to there troubles IF they get done braking the LAW. And remember its a long way down for those who are high and mighty. And SA wouldnt be a bad place to live, at least u can carry a gun to have instant protection Not 1 or two hrs later, oh if its one there own thats a different matter.
