Nice! What persuasion of govt/council has done this?

I voted and helped re-elect Campbell Newman's council here in Brisbane. A few months later he axed a bunch of free bike parking... and has clamped down on footpath parking.

Probably should have looked further into his policies before voting.

But he won't be getting my vote again.
