I went to put the centrestand on that I got from Andycad onto my '99. It seemed straight forward, but I can't locate where the springs hook onto the bike, and the stand comes too far forward which leaves the rear wheel on the ground and the bike on an angle with the stand not sitting on the ground right.
I am assuming that I need a new bolt to go right through the stand????? and this seems to be about where I think the 2 springs should go.
Is there a bracket that is needed that I don't have??
Also the flat bit at the top of the stand looks like it should sit flat against something when the stand is down, but buggered if I can see what.
Does anyone have a stand fitted that they could post a couple of close-up photos of ??
cheers,
WARD

There is a guy in Newcastle with a centrestand fitted but he is not on the internet.
I'll see if I can catch up with him if you are still having a prob Ward.
BTW. He got his chromed before fitting it and it looks great!

Just had a thought Ward....
The type of busa owner that fits a centrestand is more likely to be found on the ULYSSES website.
You might have better luck over there.
