Well apart from the cold fog down Long Gully rd, Monaro Hwy leaving Canberra I was surprised just how warm ambient temp riding along 120km/h was. I am now rethinking my Jan/Dec trips...just reminded me it might be too hot, stick about now and Mar I guess.
Great day for the 1st half of the trip...I peeled off at the Bay and lunched with my parents who reside there & rode back to Canb @ 15:30.
Perhaps I shoulda kept going onto Nowra.
Friggin heavy sunshowers, spray, sun still high but reflecting off the wet tarmac & a $231 speeding ticket West of Braidwood. I was tempted to say that is very restrained on a Busa, but didn't say much apart from wanting to avoid the rain as pathetic excuse in reply to "any reason you were doing 124 in 100 zone?" Mark
