Need advice with regular maintaince
#16
Hi Guys,

This time I want to work on my bike (Changing the chain and sprocket set) I know I will need a rear stand, Chain opener kit and wheel spanner. Is there any thing else needed to do this job, and can I get some document on how to do it. I want to polish the wheels along with this job.

Cheers,

Bill

Question on Fuel,

This morning I filled my tank with the highest octane (Coles Pump) Petrol and my bike is giving me grief, I am feeling that the pickup has fallen and its screaming to pull. Till now I used regular fuel and all was fine, any guesses?

I once tried changing front sprocket myself, no can. that nut only loosened with an air hammer drill/wrench. so let the workshop do it, nor would I attempt installing new chain with rivet thingymajig that I dont have. I do alot of work on my bike but somethings I just leave it to the workshop.

Hi Octane? Ive run my bike on 98 Ultimate for years now not only no probs but best ever, so cant imaging its the hi oct. but hey if its always run well on standard, go back to it and if still persists you know its not the fuel.
