I finally managed to upload pic in test thread the other day, but now it aint happening,what the f....rk am I doing wrong. BTW i'm a learner driver with computers. any advice appreciated.

i suggest keep trying in the test section, no reason why it shouldnt work for you as for others. if still no joy try deleting your cookies and try again.
