There will be a show in aid of Camp Quality at the Tomago Bowling Club near Newcastle on the 21st August. This show is an annual event and they attract a lot more cars and hotrods than bikes but if you are into that sort of thing, it may be worth an entry or at least a visit for a good cause.
Tomago is just north of the Hunter River where the Pacific Hwy crosses at Hexham.

Driller, his partner and I turned up at the show after a blat over the Bulladelah hills for a warm up.
The show was 99% cars and only a total of 15 bikes. From the bikes there was only one non Harley. A really nice Triumph Sprint ST.
There was a better bike show in the carpark with a mixture of Jap, European and Harleys.
The competition would have been a walkover for a well presented bike. The bling busas should make a presence next year and take home some trophies.
