Front plates ?

I was in the CBD in Sydney on Friday, wandering back to Circular Quay to catch a ferry home when I spotted a NSW Police protective services BMW (bike) parked in front of the Intercontinental Hotel - with a rego plate (in sticker form) stuck on the front screen !!!!

if they want a way to nab us why dont they just put e-tags on the bikes..i dont want anything at all but sure enough they will find a way to do it
